During the recent process of selling our home, we learned during inspections that our septic system had aged to the point of requiring replacement. Kurt Bohmer and his team went above and beyond to assist us with a professional and timely resolution at a fair price. Kurt obtained the necessary documents and permits, and worked us into his schedule to ensure the work was completed in time for close date on our home sale. His team was professional and always willing to answer questions and provide explanations regarding the work being done. Our restaurant was flooding in the back and Kurt Bohmer plumbing sent a technician out to fix the problem. We'd had to post signs on the door that we were temporarily closed. I just want to say thank you to Kurt Bohmers Plumbing for a very professional job! James came out and diagnosed a very complicated problem with our water heater in a professional and timely manner. We had almost given up and had a new water heater installed even though this one was under warranty. Recently we had a water heater issue, and of course it happened on a weekend, :-( I was outta town on business and received a phone call from my wife that our water heater was flooding our garage. I told her to call Kurt Bohmers cause I see the truck parked on Seco. She called me back within 15 minutes and to my surprise the plumber was already there. James from Kurt Bohmers Plumbing was courteous, and friendly. Now I know nothing about plumbing but he explained in detail what needed to be done. We had a new water heater installed, the job was clean, professional, and fairly priced. I thank James, and Kurt Bohmers Plumbing for being there for my wife and I in an emergency situation. hey kurt, just dropping you a note to let you know what a great job Joshua did this morning at the house, as we woke up with a serious leak under the kitchen sink. He also recognized a leak from the main water source in the garage and promptly took action to fix that as well, which could have been a huge issue in the near future. He also referred a company to me that is drying out the area under the sink and they recognized a ton of mold, so that's another good thing that's come out of this, allbeit a very expensive morning for me. Just letting you know that Joshua did a tremendous job and was an absolute pleasure.
We live in Lancaster and needed a plumber just after midnight because our ceiling colapsed from a leaking copper pipe. When Henry answered the phone I thought I was talking to somebody in an office in a different state. He talked me through turning the water off so that we could start cleaning up the mess. He also showed up at the front door less than an hour later. This is the only place I called that actually had a real person answer my call and on top of that it took less than an hour for a real plumber to show up! No way he was just sitting there waiting for my call so that means he got out of his bed and left his family to take care of my problem. That's what I call customer service! I will never call a different company and I will recommend Kurt Bohmers plumbing company any time. (I gave Henry a pretty big tip too but that wasn't until after he fixed the leak.) When I spoke to Steve yesterday on the phone after being frustrated and lied to by Mr. Rooter, the first plumbing service I called, I found Steve to be knowledgeable and trustworthy, unlike the plumber from Mr. Rooter who quoted me over $4000 to fix a toilet backup! The sewer line at our house was plugged up, when we looked in the phonebook we called the first plumber we saw. Kurt bohmer Plumbing sent a guy out who told us we weren't even on a sewer line we had a septic tank! He got the pumper truck truck from his company out to get us working again.
